Florists and flower businesses are close neighbors of garden centers, and many nurseries run a florist counter of their own. Retail florists build arrangements to order and deliver locally, floral designers work by appointment for weddings and events, flower markets and wholesalers sell loose stems and bunches, and flower farms grow seasonal blooms such as dahlias, peonies, tulips and sunflowers, sold by the bucket, by subscription or as pick-your-own. Ordering from the shop directly usually means more flowers for the money than going through a national website.
Hours are published for 6 days a week. Typical hours are 10 am–2 pm. Note that it does not open on Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach The English Garden at (330) 499-6504; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. I had called up from Arizona to order a Harmony Basket for friends' 50th anniversary. Marilyn was so nice and so helpful. The basket was delivered on time and was fresh and absolutely beautiful. Impressively big too! I'm so glad I ran across her business on the internet. Other people's reviews were great and I agree with them.

The English Garden is fantastic!!! I had to stop in and order an arrangement for my son's funeral. I was still in total shock and just knew I wanted something earthy and monochromatic. Marilyn was amazing! She created a beautiful and very creative center piece. I remember just grabbing things in her shop that I thought would be perfect and she pulled it all together for me! If you zoom in on the picture you will see the unique flowers and attention to detail. Thank you so much!!

I almost never leave reviews, but this is necessary.I was not a customer, but the recipient of an arrangement sent for a family member's memorial. It was the most beautiful arrangement that looked nothing like funeral flowers. It was absolutely stunning, with wrapped greenery, white roses and babies breath. I will certainly use the English Garden in the future for my floral needs.

Marilyn is wonderful to work with. I didn’t have to be specific to the design I was looking for. She knew exactly what to send our friends who recently lost their beloved dog. Tysm, The English Garden! Lisa 💖🧘🏻♀️🐶🐾
